Nose
Sliabh Liag Distillers capture the magic of the Wild Atlantic in a gin that has been described as a love letter to the Donegal coast. They use eleven botanicals to distil An Dúlamán, five of which are hand-harvested varieties of seaweed.
Taste
The resulting gin is incredibly smooth, bright, complex and savoury, with a long lingering finish.
